Effective Date: The updated Terms and Conditions are effective as of August 15, 2024. A Ma Maniére reserves the right to change or adjust these terms at any time.

Business Names: A Ma Maniére operates under various business names for conducting retail operations, including but not limited to Trois Investments Inc. By making purchases or engaging in transactions with A Ma Maniére, you acknowledge and agree that any transactions conducted under an alternative business name are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. All rights, obligations, and responsibilities specified within these terms apply equally to transactions made under any of A Ma Maniére’s business names.

Order Acceptance: By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Receiving a confirmation email signifies that we've successfully received your order request. However, this confirmation does not indicate acceptance or shipment of your order, nor does it confirm the availability of the items. All orders are subject to fraud review, which may delay processing. We may require additional verification to confirm your purchase. Your order may be placed on hold until the review is completed. Please check your email and respond to any requests for verification until you receive final confirmation of your purchase.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders: We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease the availability of any products or to cancel any order for various reasons, including but not limited to invalid, incomplete, improper, or missing payment or shipping information, stock availability, limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information, and violations of our Terms and Conditions.

Final Sale: All sales are final, except for return requests due to an error on our part. If you receive defective or damaged items, or if items need to be returned due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item, size, or color), please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. These errors must be verified and approved by our customer service team before a return or refund will be initiated. Please note, we are unable to exchange your order due to product availability, so all approved return requests will result in a refund to the original payment method.
