For all approved returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Using the provided label, drop off your package at any FedEx location within 2 business days of label receipt. If the label remains unused after 2 business days, it will expire, and your return request will be canceled. Any further requests to return the same order will be denied due to non-use of the initial return label.
